Steel die casting process
Steel castings themselves can generally be assembled without processing, such as crawler chains, etc. However, most
castings need to be processed to form parts, so castings are basically blanks of machined parts, especially for parts that require high precision in size. Only after processing can it participate in the assembly, and the equipment is basically adjacent to the equipment. So, what are the processes of cast steel mold casting?
Process flow:
1. Make a foam plastic white mold, combine the pouring system, brush and spray the special high temperature resistant paint on the surface of the gasification mold and dry it.
2. Put the special interlayer sand box on the vibrating table, fill in the bottom sand (dry sand), vibrate and level it, put the dried gasification mold on the bottom sand, fill it with dry sand, and scrape it with the appropriate time of micro-vibration. Flat box mouth.
3. Cover with plastic film, put on the pouring cup, connect to the vacuum system to suck vacuum, after the dry sand is fastened and formed, pour it, the white mold vaporizes and disappears, and the molten metal takes its place.
4. Release the vacuum, turn over the box after the casting has condensed, and take out the casting from the loose dry sand.
