What is the heat treatment process of precision casting?

Because the goal of precision casting is different, there are many heat treatment processes, most of which can be divided into two categories. Z first, the microstructure is not easy to change according to the heat treatment process, or should not change. Second, basically the organizational structure has changed. The heat treatment process flow is mainly used to remove the internal stress mechanism of the internal structure due to the difference of refrigeration standards and conditions in the whole casting process of stainless steel plate. The compressive strength and other physical properties are not easily changed by the heat treatment process.
 
In response to the second type of heat treatment process, al-Qaeda has undergone a significant transformation, which can be divided into five categories:
 
1. Softening and quenching: the key goal is to dissolve the cementite, reduce its strength and improve the production and processing properties. For nodular cast iron, the goal is to get more and more metallographic structures.
 
2. Normalizing treatment: the key goal is to obtain ferrite and sorbite structure to improve the physical properties of stainless steel plate casting.
 
3. Heat treatment solution: mainly in order to get higher strength or damage compressive strength, at the same time has a higher surface wear resistance.
 
4. Surface hardness solution: mainly in order to get the surface curing layer, at the same time get higher wear resistance of the surface layer.
 
5. Deposition hardening solution: mainly in order to obtain high toughness, elongation is not easy to produce drastic changes.
