Introduction to the adjustment method of rotary kiln roller steel castings
Kunfeng heavy Industry is a manufacturer specializing in the production of large steel castings, from drawings to raw materials to finished products one-stop casting processing services, deeply trusted by customers. Recently, some customers have asked us about the adjustment of the roller. Today, the
steel casting processing factory will introduce to you:
In the process of long-term use of the rotary kiln, sometimes there will be problems, so customers need to customize its maintenance, in order to ensure the stable operation of the rotary kiln to better cooperate with the supporting wheel, big gear ring, bearing seat and so on. The maintenance task of the rotary kiln during the operation period is to ensure the motion stability of the kiln body. Under this premise, it is necessary to adjust the supporting wheel.
The adjustment of the steel casting of the supporting wheel is to make the center line of the kiln body be a straight line, because the kiln itself is supported on the supporting wheel by the wheel belt, and the central position of the supporting wheel can be directly determined if the part size of the supporting part is unchanged. Because the roller needs to be adjusted frequently in the process of use and management of the rotary kiln, it should be noted that the center line of the kiln body is a straight line each time the steel castings of the roller are adjusted.
After adjusting the supporting wheel of the supporting part, the rotary kiln itself can operate normally directly. in order to make the surface of the supporting wheel and the wear process of the rotary kiln belt uniform, the rotary kiln body should keep the retaining wheel moving continuously along the axis. In this method, the centerline of the steel casting of the roller is skewed to an angle, so that the steel casting of the roller appears an upward thrust to the kiln body during rotation, which prevents the kiln body from sliding down and allows it to move slowly upward, and when it reaches the position of the upper retaining wheel, lubricating oil can be added to the surface of the steel casting of the roller to reduce the friction between the steel casting of the roller and the steel casting of the wheel belt, so that the thrust of the roller is reduced, and the kiln body slides slowly downward. If the kiln body happens to have no lubricating oil on the surface of the supporting wheel when it reaches the position of the lower retaining wheel, the kiln body also moves upward, which is a circular swimming.
